HVAC rough in complete

HVAC hole cut by sliding glass door in living room.

Bill still has a lot of plumbing to do....as you see the supplies here.

Laundry room plumbing just about complete.

We had the HVAC rough in done last week, this consisted of cutting holes in our floor and running duct work for the heating/ac system to be installed. The guy did a nice job and really liked our house as well as location for the house. Bill's grandma came up over the weekend to check out our new house, she really seemed to like it, she was most impressed with the size of our garage and basement. It was nice and cool in the basement when we were there, it was really refreshing. Bill should be back to working on this house this week, he has to get the plumbing finished (he is just about done with that) and the electrical finished. We have to do a run through of the house and decide where we want outlets, light switches etc. There are so many decisions to be made yet. We also need to order our siding and appliances as well as, counter tops and cabinets in the next coming weeks. The drywall should be started within 2-3 weeks, and should be completed within a month or so, this is really exciting. We just signed the right away paperwork for PP&L so they should be installing their poles within a week or two (We hope!). I am excited to get back to work on our new house, we have been spending so much time on our old house in Ickesburg, prepping it put it on the market.
