Bill took house elevation measurements, he has the elevations for each corner of our house so that we can see where we will need decks etc. It appears that we will need a deck beside the garage as opposed to a patio area like I had hoped for. I am sure it will look fine though and be ok. The bank is ordering the appraisal now and we are shooting for an end of June closing. We should then be able to break ground beginning July. Our biggest concern right now is the rising interest rates, we are hoping that they do not go up anymore until after we close.
