WHOO HOO.............I talked to the bank this morning and we scheduled our settlement date for Friday, June 29th, 2007 @ 3:30 PM. Since our settlement is at the end of the month, we will have much less interest to pay in June. It is all happening so fast now. I am so excited to start our new home.
The attached picture is our land plot, our land connects to a stream. We have 10.7 acres almost all wooded lot. We can't wait to get out of town and into a more peaceful setting where the kids and dog have so much more room to roam and play.
