Settlement

Today is our settlement, in less than an hour we will sign the paperwork for our construction loan. I am a big ball of nerves right now, extremely excited yet filled with nervousness. I will be happy once the paperwork is signed and we are on our way to breaking ground. We cannot wait to live in our new home. We just have a lot of work ahead of us to get to that point.
