Foundation inspection complete

Our foundation was inspected by the inspector today, and it passed with flying colors, so we can officially start framing when our framers are ready. Framing is still set for mid week next week.

Bill met with PP&L today to go over what all needed cleared for our electric to be ran to the house. We have two options at this point, either clear some trees and dig a trench to the house to run the electric all underground at a cost of $1300.00 to PP&L plus fees to the excavator, or we can clear some trees out, have our excavator clear the land at a price from the excavator and have the electrical pole put in and then ran under ground from that pole at no fees to PP&L. PP&L are going to remove at least two trees that are leaning toward the power lines now for us at no cost, so that they do not fall on the lines.

Our deed to our second parcel of land is ready to be picked up to ensure our properties remain in the clean and green program, man that was fast. I just requested it yesterday afternoon.

Our agenda today is to get the front porch out door carpet laid. Bill fixed the boards to it last night. And then he plans to sand all of the drywall in the house, and start priming since it is going to be a beautiful day and I will not be there, he will easily be able to air the house out before I get home. I am so excited to get this remodeling done, so that we can get the house listed with a realitor.
