I stopped by the land last night to see the foundation walls to our house. Yesterday Nyce Concrete removed the foundation wall forms. Walls are looking good - as you can see in the pics. Next step is waterproofing, which likely will be done on Monday. Then the walls will need to set for a little over a week. Framing is set to begin on 7/23. We have to order the lumber. First we are going to have to get the draw from the bank to pay for the excavating and foundation. We should have some money left in that draw to purchase the lumber. If we don't we will have to get it through a line of credit. Everything is still going smoothly so far.

Wow! It's happening so quickly. Good placement on the driveway too. A nice, straight(ish) shot right up to the house.
